Kai Collins is a digital artist and animator with a preference for character animation. Kai is originally from Akron, Ohio but is studying in Columbus. They are currently a senior at Columbus College of Art & Design in Ohio, where they are working towards their BFA in Animation and plan on graduating in 2024. As an artist Kai tends to spend most of their time on character designs and story concepts. They believe that good representation is vital, and Kai strives to create characters and stories that will resonate with other people of color who don't see themselves in LGBTQ+ media. When they graduate, Kai plans to either find work at a company or indie group and/or be self-employed. When not drawing, they can be found playing video games and listening to true crime.
